- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
- Weekend/Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME Once processed, your order will be shipped via USPS, DHL, or local post depending on your location.
- United States (Standard): 4 - 8 business days.
- United States (Express): 2 - 3 business days.
- International: 7 - 21 business days.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
3. SHIPPING COST Shipping rates are calculated based on the total value of your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
- Standard Shipping: Rates vary depending on the order total.
4. ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
- Please allow 3 - 5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
- If you attempt to track your package and no information is available, it means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS Please ensure all delivery information is correct at checkout. Solanspirit LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@solanspirit.com. If the order has already left our warehouse, we cannot redirect it.
6. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES (For International Orders) Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
7. SEPARATE PACKAGES If your order contains multiple items (e.g., a mug and a shirt), they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Solanspirit LLC, we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you, we have tailored our policy to be fair and transparent.
1. RETURN POLICY
Customized/Personalized Items: Since our products are printed on demand and unique to each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind", wrong size selection by the customer, or dislike of the design/color ordered. Please review the size chart and your order details carefully before placing an order.
Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong design, wrong style, wrong size sent by us), you do not need to return the item. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
2. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)
We offer a full refund or a free replacement if your order falls under the following criteria:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The print quality is blurry or poor.
- The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong design, style, or size).
- The order is lost in transit (verified by the carrier).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@solanspirit.com.
4. SHIPPING & FEES
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.
- Return Shipping Cost: Since we do not require you to return defective items, there is no return shipping cost. If a return is exceptionally authorized by our team for other reasons, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.
5. ORDER MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your order will have been moved to production and cannot be modified or canceled.
