SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All our products are made-to-order specifically for you.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.

  • Weekend/Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME Once processed, your order will be shipped via USPS, DHL, or local post depending on your location.

  • United States (Standard): 4 - 8 business days.

  • United States (Express): 2 - 3 business days.

  • International: 7 - 21 business days.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

3. SHIPPING COST Shipping rates are calculated based on the total value of your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

  • Standard Shipping: Rates vary depending on the order total.

4. ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Please allow 3 - 5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

  • If you attempt to track your package and no information is available, it means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS Please ensure all delivery information is correct at checkout. Solanspirit LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@solanspirit.com. If the order has already left our warehouse, we cannot redirect it.

6. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES (For International Orders) Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

7. SEPARATE PACKAGES If your order contains multiple items (e.g., a mug and a shirt), they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
