RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Solanspirit LLC, we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you, we have tailored our policy to be fair and transparent.
1. RETURN POLICY
Customized/Personalized Items: Since our products are printed on demand and unique to each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind", wrong size selection by the customer, or dislike of the design/color ordered. Please review the size chart and your order details carefully before placing an order.
Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong design, wrong style, wrong size sent by us), you do not need to return the item. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
2. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)
We offer a full refund or a free replacement if your order falls under the following criteria:

The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

The print quality is blurry or poor.

The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong design, style, or size).

The order is lost in transit (verified by the carrier).
How to Request a Refund/Replacement: Please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Required Information: Your order number and a clear photo of the item showing the defect/issue.
Once your request is approved, we will process your refund or replacement immediately.

Replacements: A new order will be sent to production and shipped to you at no extra cost.

Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@solanspirit.com.
4. SHIPPING & FEES

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.

Return Shipping Cost: Since we do not require you to return defective items, there is no return shipping cost. If a return is exceptionally authorized by our team for other reasons, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.
5. ORDER MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your order will have been moved to production and cannot be modified or canceled.
