1. ORDERS & MODIFICATIONS
Can I cancel or modify my order? Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we only allow order modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order.

If you need to change your size, address, or cancel, please email us immediately at support@solanspirit.com.

After 12 hours, your order will have been moved to production and cannot be changed.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Please check your SPAM or Promotions folder first. If you still don't see it, you may have misspelled your email address during checkout. Please contact us so we can locate your order and resend the confirmation.
Can I add items to an existing order? Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an order once it has been placed. You will need to place a new separate order for any additional items.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much is shipping? Shipping costs are calculated based on the total value of your order and your delivery location. You will be able to view the exact shipping fee at the checkout page before confirming your purchase.
How long will it take to get my order?

Processing Time: 1 - 5 business days (to print and pack your order).

Shipping Time (US): 4 - 8 business days.

Shipping Time (International): 7 - 21 business days.

Note: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide! However, please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
My tracking number isn't working. Tracking numbers can take 3 - 5 days to update in the carrier's system (USPS, DHL, etc.) after you receive the shipping email. If it has been more than 5 days and there is still no movement, please contact us.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns? Since our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for issues like selecting the wrong size or changing your mind. Please refer to our Size Chart carefully before ordering.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? We stand behind our quality! If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong design/size sent by us), you do not need to return it. Simply email us a photo of the issue to support@solanspirit.com, and we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
4. PAYMENTS & SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
Is my payment information safe? Absolutely. Our store is built on Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We never store your full credit card details.
